At our first meeting, you clearly stated your professional commitment to your clients, experience in marketing properties, and the goal of having our house sold in 45 days; we, on the other hand, expressed our need to sell the house in a short time frame, with limited resources, and the many obstacles working against us for a quick sale. Whether the challenge involved borrowing your ladder to fix the roof, personally drying out our basement floor after the fish tank disaster only a few hours before the inspection (and taking the towels you used to dry the floor home to wash before returning them, because you didn’t want my pregnant wife to find dirty towels in our own washing machine!), lending a hand wherever needed, or providing valuable insights, you came through every step of the way.
